We operate a 24hr cancellation policy and respectfully request that any/all changes to appointment be made within this time frame. We charge a cancellation or no show fee of £50.

We ask that you arrive promptly to your appointment.

In order for you fully benefit from your appointment, we ask that mobile phones be switched off in the clinic.

We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late.  A fee may apply.

Due to the nature of our treatments we strongly advise you not to attend appointments with young children. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we feel the procedure or safety is compromised.
