What to expect
A detailed consultation allows us to plan the exact treatment that is right for you. We allow plenty of time to discuss treatment options and for you to ask as many questions as you like. It is important to stress, clients wishing to achieve a more fuller lip may require several treatments to achieve the desired result. To ensure maximum safety the clinician will only ever use one millimetre of dermal filler at each sitting. If we do not feel we can meet your expectations or if the desired result is not suited to your face and teeth then we will not treat. Prior to treatment we will thoroughly clean the area to be injected. As part of our record keeping we will take confidential pictures.
Post treatment advice
- Lips are more prone to swelling for 2 days following treatment. Over the counter antihistamines can be taken to reduce this
- Be mindful the product contains local anaesthetic, therefore take care with hot beverages for 1 to 2 hours following treatment
- To reduce infection do not touch the treated area
- Do not massage unless advised
